No. Many volunteer roles require no technical background at all. Training and experienced volunteers are available to help you learn.

Yes. Many events can accommodate groups, companies, alumni, families, or friends who would like to volunteer together.
Yes. FIRST provides training resources for many roles, and event leadership provides additional instructions before or during the event.
Yes. Minimum ages vary by program and role. Some positions also require volunteers to be adults or complete additional Youth Protection requirements.
