Colorado FIRST Women in STEM (CFWS) is a dedicated community for girls and young women participating in FIRST programs from preschool through high school.
Through in-person, virtual, and regional opportunities, CFWS helps students build confidence, create meaningful connections, and support one another as they explore STEM.
The goal is not only to encourage participation in robotics, but also to help young women see themselves as future engineers, scientists, technologists, innovators, and leaders.
When students meet women succeeding in technical and leadership roles, STEM careers become more visible, relatable, and achievable.
