A full day of practical workshops, shared ideas, community connections, and resources for FIRST mentors, coaches, and student leaders.
Sessions will include program-specific topics as well as topics that apply across all levels of FIRST.

Team development, judging preparation, technical learning, Core Values, and season organization.
Technical mentoring, student leadership, team management, outreach, competition preparation, and program sustainability.
Leadership, strategy, technical mentoring, team operations, workforce development, outreach, fundraising, and season planning.
FTC and FRC teams are encouraged to include student leaders in the workshop. Space for students is limited so that the workshop remains useful and manageable for everyone attending.
Workshop materials and year-round resources are available to help mentors and teams continue learning after the event.
